Great dryer at a great price

    5/5
A dream came true! Never had a dryer before and with a second child on the way thought it would be a great idea to own one, as we don’t have proper place in the house for a dryer (the washing machine is in the kitchen) and we used to hang our laundry inside in the kitchen dinner it took days especially in the winter. This dryer is amazing: 1 - it is slim. So it fits nicely in the corner of our dinning area. 2 - the heat that it produces is so minimal the room doesn’t feel condensed or hot during its operation. 3 - easy to use, there is double filter which is very easy to clean, and water container that must be emptied after every use. Programs are pretty straight forward i think the only difference there is the timing, you can choose 3 dryness levels with each program. Overall great product will highly recommend. The clothes are dry and smell amazing. Only issue is the noise, sounds like a refrigerator or freezer, but thats also because of its location i think.

    Looks smart

Very nice fits in well. I can see what is happening inside due to the see through door. Hope it lasts as long as it predecessor

    Ticks all the boxes

Really pleased with this tumble dryer. It’s small and compact but fits our super king bedding. It keeps towels nice and fluffy! I was glad that it doesn’t need to be plumbed in and you can empty the water drawer instead, as I wasn’t too sure from the item description.

    Beko 7kg Heat pump Dryer

    5/5
1st dryer broke down after 3 months taking hours to dry clothes + water dripping from evaporator compartment, replaced by Beko under warranty. Replacement working brilliantly - mother has exactly the same model and has had no issues with hers (approx 30 months). Would buy again.

Replacing a 40 year old dryer.

    5/5
This was to replace a 40 year old tumble dryer. Needless to say I found that it takes a while to get used to a heat pump dryer. How dry is "iron dry", "cupboard dry" and "extra dry"? It depends on what, and how much, it's drying! Having used it for three weeks, it appears to be using noticeably less electricity than my old dryer, so I'm hoping that will be reflected in my next few electricity bills. Time will tell. Obviously it takes longer to dry the clothes, and it's interesting to be able to see exactly how much water is extracted. It is quieter than my old dryer, which is not surprising, and is just a very acceptable background hum! Am I pleased with it? Yes - very pleased. No dislikes yet!

Excellent piece of equipment. Good quality. Very economical. Dries everything well and adjusts its progress automatically. Easy access to laundry and filters for fluff removal. Heat pump equipment is definitely the future for cutting costs. Delivered on time by AO.com. Thanks

    Great dryer if maintained

    4/5
Great dryer for the savings. Make sure to shake your clothes at the end of the cycle to remove the last bits of moisture. The dryer heat dumps at the end of its cycle so some ventilation is needed in the room. Make sure to maintain it properly by cleaning filters after every cycle and other areas when specified in the care section of the manual. Lastly, with a roughly 3 and a half hour cycle depending on how damp your washing is (do have your washer on the highest spin), try to situate the dryer in a room you won't be occupying. The machine only requires power and has the option for a drain hose, its reservoir can hold about 2 loads of water but get in the habit of emptying it with the filters.
