    Not fit for purpose

Don't bother with this dryer!!!! It doesn't dry clothes regardless of what cycle it's on or how big or small the loads it. I was having to run 2 cycles to dry 1 load of clothes. AO engineers came out agreed the clothes were still damp and not dry after a cycle but couldn't find a fault with the dryer. Returned and refund abstained.

    Dryer not working, poor service

Brand new dryer delivered. Did 2 spins and stopped working 1 hr after delivery. Beko’s engineer only available 3 weeks after delivery date. Customer service is shocking letting alone asking AO for the refund.

Terrible Dryer, Terrible Beko Customer Service

    1/5
Already had to have it replaced once due to the clothes having a burning smell and the drum smelling burnt. Beko wouldnt replace the dryer even though it was less than 10 days old and that i would have to wait almost 2 weeks for a Beko approved Engineer to come and look at it before even considering a replacement. Spoke to AO and had a 3 way call with AO and Beko to discuss the issue, the Beko Customer Service Advisor hung up the phone to me and AO so AO just sorted out a replacement. Replacement one is also doing the same and the Beko engineers came out (almost 2 weeks later) and said there were no issues however clothes are still coming out smelling burnt. It also has a sensor to say when clothes are dry, this doesnt work. Clothes are coming out still damp and the Beko engineer said that you fold them up and leave them out for 15 mins to air dry before putting them in a draw. If I did that the clothes would start to smell since they are that damp. I would avoid this dryer at all costs

    4 days old and broken

    1/5
The previous reviews were promising but the Tumble Dryer had only been in the house for 4 days before an engineer had to be called out. After a few successful programmes the machine stopped producing heat - a vital component for a tumble dryer. Engineer fitted a new part and so far so good. Obviously time will tell but for the time being the jury is out!

    Awful dryer, so many issues

    1/5
There was a number of things wrong with this dryer, I will not buy from Beko again in the future. I've had someone around to repair it five times now, and it's been a total pain in the neck, although the repairs were covered under the 12 months warranty. It wouldn't switch off when the water tank was full, so it needed to get a new control unit. But then it still wouldn't dry the clothes fully, I have to put in on multiple times. Some further repairs improved it, but I still have to dry every load for at least an extra 30 minutes after the programme finishes, so it's quite inconvenient. I think it's probably just really bad quality, so the drying sensor doesn't work very well.

Disappointing, wish I'd gone to a shop to choose

Sadly, it's a disappointment. So many settings and even then the clothes are still damp when machine stops. Sensors inside machine may think clothes are dry but in the middle of clothes are still damp. What's wrong with having a simple machine with a timer, high or low heat setting and a on/off button? Way too many settings to choose from, most won't get used i.e jeans tumble setting!
