Already had to have it replaced once due to the clothes having a burning smell and the drum smelling burnt. Beko wouldnt replace the dryer even though it was less than 10 days old and that i would have to wait almost 2 weeks for a Beko approved Engineer to come and look at it before even considering a replacement. Spoke to AO and had a 3 way call with AO and Beko to discuss the issue, the Beko Customer Service Advisor hung up the phone to me and AO so AO just sorted out a replacement. Replacement one is also doing the same and the Beko engineers came out (almost 2 weeks later) and said there were no issues however clothes are still coming out smelling burnt. It also has a sensor to say when clothes are dry, this doesnt work. Clothes are coming out still damp and the Beko engineer said that you fold them up and leave them out for 15 mins to air dry before putting them in a draw. If I did that the clothes would start to smell since they are that damp. I would avoid this dryer at all costs

Good capacity, still figuring out cycles but drying is done fairly quick. Little confusing with program times as there's no time/count down screen. Cycles seem to stop and start.

I wouldn't take another one for free ! The tumble dryer causes so much condensation in my kitchen even with the windows open that my floor is slippery . My cupboards around the tumble dryer are smelling musty due to the condensation. I've had an engineer out 4 times and every time there is a different diagnosis . I have contacted beko countless times and their customer service department initially sent out an engineer but have ignored my last email . There is obviously a major problem with the tumble dryer but they refuse to replace it . I'll never buy anything with a beko brand again

It's that thing that all of you must have at home. Cheap and many functions!

It's a really great, overall tumble dryer that suits our family of three perfectly. We only intend to use it occasionally, i.e., during the winter, although I've used it a couple of times since we've had it and I am really pleased with how efficiently it performs - it dried a load of bedding and towels in around an hour, which is going to be such a help for us in the winter months. I would definitely recommend it as a solid, overall tumble dryer at a reasonable price.

There are a few things I don't like about this machine. -All the programs run on the same (high) temperature, just the duration changes. So you can't dry more sensitive stuff. -It does not counter rotate. Meaning that the middle of the duvet cover stays tangled and wet while the edges are dry. But it's a nice looking machine, very fair price, big enough drum for things to tumble, very easy water emptying container, not too loud.

I would have preferred to award a zero start rating. I have had this appliance for just over a month and it has ruined numerous garments which have ties on them (hoodies, pyjamas, tracksuit bottoms, tops with hanging loops etc). The dryer has pulled ties off some garments and has tangled and cooled others so badly that they cannot be straightened. I have contacted Beko who were most unhelpful, saying the problem is likely due to the lack of auto reverse function. In addition to the above, the dryer does not dry clothes as stated. Each load has to be dried for longer than the time of the cycle, even when “Extra Dry” programme is used. Avoid! Waste of money and expensive if having to replace ruined clothing.

Sometimes doesn't spin the whole cycle and might need to get someone out to fix it.
