Terrible Dryer, Terrible Beko Customer Service

Already had to have it replaced once due to the clothes having a burning smell and the drum smelling burnt. Beko wouldnt replace the dryer even though it was less than 10 days old and that i would have to wait almost 2 weeks for a Beko approved Engineer to come and look at it before even considering a replacement. Spoke to AO and had a 3 way call with AO and Beko to discuss the issue, the Beko Customer Service Advisor hung up the phone to me and AO so AO just sorted out a replacement. Replacement one is also doing the same and the Beko engineers came out (almost 2 weeks later) and said there were no issues however clothes are still coming out smelling burnt.
It also has a sensor to say when clothes are dry, this doesnt work. Clothes are coming out still damp and the Beko engineer said that you fold them up and leave them out for 15 mins to air dry before putting them in a draw. If I did that the clothes would start to smell since they are that damp. I would avoid this dryer at all costs
