Was ok for 3 weeks then starting making humming noise when off and when a cycle has finished and you switch to off posistion it keeps making a loud. Noise sound likes it going to blow up until you switch it off at the mains. Now have to wait for engineer which is a nightmare when you have a family and you are working mum!

Didnt work out of the box ao And beko seemed more interested in trying to sell me extended warranty than getting somebody out to fix it dissapointed as this is the second time ive had problem with ao last time the product was damaged

This appears to work ok but the drawer that holds the water is very small and the appearance of the product is not great

It is a bit louder than my last one . The timings are good and help judge what needs to go in and for how long . Doesn't have a low heat setting except for a quick low heat one which isn't always useful when I need it . But overall goos value for money

It dries superbly but the wateri fills up quickly and has to be emptied after every cycle.

First condenser dryer I have owned so nothing to compare it too really other than non-condenser types previously owned. It seems to dry clothes quickly and thourally, with no signs of shrinkage or damage to anything as yet; as ot should. The fluff filter looks to work well and it runns pretty quietly. It has a good array of programs that are easy to navigate. The only downside so far is that the removable water tank is not as robust as I would expect, it feels a little flimsy and breakable considering it will be pulled in and out often as it requires emptying every few washes. I am expecting this to break at some point even though care will be taken. A good tumble dryer for the money though.
