I have just had a new kitchen and appliances installed and this is by far has excelled my expectations. It is so quiet compared to my old consenser dryer and dries a full 7kg load quickly and efficently. Not once have I had to put an item back in as it wasn't dry. There are plenty of programmes to choose from, but I've only used cupboard dry, so can't comment on any of the other programmes. AO were superb from the minute I ordered the item online to the delivery, we were kept upto date of delivery date and time. I can't find one fault and that why I've given this product and AO 5 *

Really easy to order. Delivered on time by some friendly professional delivery guys . Well wrapped no damages , easy to install , used straight away it was great, sound was hardly noticible, easy to follow for everything you wish to dry, a quiet beep let's you know it's done , love that the water tray is at the top . All round perfect item highly recommend

I absolutely love my new tumble dryer it made my life so much easier and now I don't have to hang my washing or waiting days for everything to dry its just perfect

Am very happy with my product...despite all the recommendation to get electric airers this product is equal in cost to drying on an airer. At least I no longer have to have an airer on for at least 10 hours to partially dry sheets. Best thing I have done.

I give this dryer a 5 star rating, my dryer broke down recently, so I have bought the same one from ao, was cheaper too, I have taken out the insurance this time, The dryer is amazing all settings for all types, even sport wear, turns it self off when the load is dry, so you don’t have to worry about leaving it on, I highly recommend this dryer.

No cool or delicate cycle. Its cold or very hot, no in between. My previous Beko had a 20 mins cycle which was perfect. This has 10 which is to short and 30 which is to long. It does dry things fast but I think it gets to hot. The inside of the drum you can't keep your hand on like a radiator. Sometimes the middle of the washing is hot enough to burn. With delicates I have to sit in front and burst in 5 minute intervals.
