The dryer is wonder And especially anti crease program which doesn’t make me do lot of ironing. I am very happy with the product.

Very effective and energy efficient. Programmes last less than initially indicated on the screen (probably depends on weight and how wet the clothes are to begin with), so it is quicker than I expected from a heat pump dryer. Very happy with it so far.

This is one of the best tumble dryers we have owned - it might be a little slower than a vented or condenser dryer, but it's far (FAR) cheaper to run and it doesn't over-heat the clothes meaning you can dry wool and delicate items without worrying about shrinkage or damage. Superb for the price!

Really disappointed with this heat pump tumble dryer. Read all the reviews and numerous reviews said how quiet the dryer is. When we first switched it on, it is louder than our old vented dryer. Now waiting for a Hisense engineer to come out to inspect this brand new dryer. Wouldn’t buy it.

Seems like a good product and drys clothes well, but wouldn’t say it is built to last. The filter in the front door is very flimsy, as is the air intake filter door latch mechanism. The design of the drain water tray doesn’t allow to fully drain the water and there is a plastic tube to help direct the water as you drain it, when pulling the tray out of the machine, this can get caught. All slight features that make it seem cheaply made and flimsy when compared to my old grundig heat pump dryer that lasted 7 years. Ultimately time will tell.

Still fairly early days but happy with the dryer. Simple to use, easy to install and dries items well. Consider that being heat pump dryer it doesn’t get as hot as condenser or hot air dryers so is kinder in clothes (the environment and your pocket) but takes longer to dry items. A medium size load of heavy items (Towels) cost about 20p to dry and took around about 2hrs.

Pretty decent, did three loads of drying and the Electricity cost didn’t go over £4. Hopefully in the long term it’ll be worth spending more on for the energy savings.
