    Very disappointed.

I fully understand the differences in how heat pump tumble driers work. I appreciate the cycle times are significantly longer than vented tumble driers - that isn't an issue for us. I understand that they require the condensate tank emptying after each use, that the main lint filter is cleaned before each use, and that they advise the heat pump filter is cleaned after 4 or 5 uses - None of the above would be an issue. What is an issue is that regardless of whatever cycle we use (even the longest 3hr 30mins cycle and with the extra extra dry option selected, clothes still come out slightly damp. They are spun at 1400 after washing, and recently we have spun them a second time. Even when the machine is only 50% full, the issue is barely any better (what is the point in paying for a 9kg machine if you can only dry 2kg at a time?) Our main annoyance is 80% of the time the cycle stops half way through (even on some of the shorter ones), when you wake the machine up the two warning lights are on, despite the tank and filters being cleaned before starting the cycle. (and upon doing it again there is very little lint or condensate present). - Oh, and other comments about emptying the condensate tank are right, it's a pain having to tip and shake at all angles trying to get it empty. The machine came with what appeared a couple of small cosmetic dints and issues (NOTE : AO have been brilliant and are sending out a replacement as soon as it comes back in stock, so again, not an issue.) I'm hoping that the issues above are due to a malfunction due to a bump in transit somewhere along the line, and the replacement will work as expected, or else I'll be asking for a refunded. Very disappointed. It could be resolved if the cycle times used the sensors to also extend the cycles automatically if they need longer, or even the ability to manually select whatever time you wanted beyond the 30/60/90 min option. We wouldn't care if the cycle took 5hrs, as long as it told us before, didn't stop half way through, and was dry when they came out

    Vented - Heat pump

    5/5
Coming from a vented dryer, looked to invest in a heat pump one, that would hopefully be more future proof. We knew getting one would require more time in running, they don't heat up to the temperature of a normal dryer. Our last dryer took hour and a half, maybe 2 hours to dry fully, this heat pump one, I put on the maximum setting and longest dry time, and the clothes have always come out perfect, but it does take 4 hours 15 minutes. For best results, do your wash load at night, put the dryer on delay, and run it through the night and make sure you stick anti crease on for a couple hours. I don't split my loads up, everything is mixed, so if your someone who likes to separate clothes, then the dryer time would certainly be less.

Easy set up and intuitive controls. Dries well with relatively low noise. Refresh feature really does work and makes clothes smell nice. Don't really have anything to complain about.

    Brilliant

Love this dryer. I had read some reviews stating it takes longer than a regular condenser to dry. In my experience, it beats my (not very) old candy dryer hands down. The cycles are actually shorter than my old dryer, and clothes are fully dry. I've only used the standard setting so far but it's brilliant. Pretty quiet and cheaper electricity. Best purchase I've made this year.

I love this dryer can use when I want without worrying about the cost of energy it drys clothes lovely no shrinking of clothes takes a little longer to dry but not a problem my only complaint about it is the buttons machine is a bit difficult to respond when buttons are pressed but I comes on in the end everything else is fine that is my only dislike about this machine my daughter has one as well delivered on the same day she also loves the machine but also has issues with the buttons that is the reason I have give it 4 stars if it was not for the buttons it would have been 5

    Great dryer, excellent value

Amazing piece of kit and much cheaper than comparable items. These Hisense products are extremely well made and come really well packed in totally recyclable materials. I am so impressed with this company. The drier is really efficient and has plenty of different programmes to select depending upon what you are drying and how dry you require the items to be. It is also pleasantly quiet for a dryer. The filter is extremely easy to access and clean out and the water container, which we use as the dryer isn't plumbed in, is very simple and easy to remove.
