Seems like a good product and drys clothes well, but wouldn’t say it is built to last. The filter in the front door is very flimsy, as is the air intake filter door latch mechanism. The design of the drain water tray doesn’t allow to fully drain the water and there is a plastic tube to help direct the water as you drain it, when pulling the tray out of the machine, this can get caught. All slight features that make it seem cheaply made and flimsy when compared to my old grundig heat pump dryer that lasted 7 years. Ultimately time will tell.

It does the job but it does take longer than other dryers I've had in the past. But then again it is more efficient. Water storage tank is awkward to empty. It's a good dryer but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Having used the drier 3 times I have found it to be efficient and gives good results however the door has always been difficult to close on the catch which I put down to the product being new but when using it last night the door came open and the machine did not stop running, consequently the clothes ended up on the floor. I contacted AO today and they were most helpful and get full marks for service, they contacted the manufacturer and we had a 3 way conversation, the manufacturer unfortunately cannot get anyone out until the 7th March although I am on the cancelation list so it might be sooner, I'll keep you updated.

Fantastic heat-pump dryer. Dries faster than my old condenser. Lots of features, easy to operate and is very very quiet when running. If your after a heat-pump dryer this should be high up on your list.

Good but takes a while to dry clothes

Very good value for money with a 2 year warranty as standard, what's not to like.

Good tumble dryer. Works well. Extra dry has 3 different settings bit gets the clothes super dryer. Seems really efficient. Can't comment on how long it will last. Doesn't come with suction feet for stacking and can't seem to find these anywhere - however they are mentioned in the manual it says they may not be included but no one sells them hence only 4 stars.

Only had the machine a short time but it is amazing! So quiet for a tumble dryer and still makes sure that clothes are super dry without being a strain on electricity bills! Super easy to use and the display and ability to change settings on cycles is brilliant.
