From Bosch I was expecting a well built product. unfortunately it is flimsy - particularly the underside where you push buttons for fan and light. It is also much noisier than expected - sounds like a jet in the kitchen.

A good quality product , very easy to fit and a reasonable noise level for an extractor

I would have given five dtars but for the fact that the instructional text does not match up with the installation diagrams so care is needed to ensure you choose the right mode of operation. In general once installed, hood is very efficient. I use it in recirculation mode so I had to purchase active carbon filters which can be expensive unless you shop around.

Great product and great service

I am pleased with this item and overall very happy with the service that AO have provided.

Cooker hood works well and easy to install fitted between cupboards. Templates were good, look at installation paperwork a couple of time to make sure you fully understand what to do. I’ve only used it on the low fan setting which works well, the fan is a bit noisy when I did try on high but as it works good on low I’ll use that setting.

Straightforward to fit as a replacement for a Zanussi built-in hood. Does the job but is a bit louder than the old hood. Took off a star because the 2 carbon filters required are not included and quite expensive. Only time will tell if it lasts 15 years like the last one.

Bought this Bosch cooker hood to replace an Electrolux hood which we had for 15 years, the Bosch has a far better extraction rate and clears our medium sized kitchen on speed level one, although I have heard people say they find the fan to be noisy, I don't agree, it's no problem to have a conversation when the fan is on level one, all in all a very good product.
