Great dryer, doesn't use as much energy as my last dryer. Did drop the water holder on the floor which it smashed to bits, but was insured so candy sent out another one . Great service.

Easy to use, just plug in and go. Extremely pleased with this tumble dryer. Excellent service from the AO delivery guys as usual.

Great dryer, no issues so far. Dries clothes in about 2-3 hours but automatically stops when clothes are dry. Pleased with this purchase.

Overall I like the tumble dryer although it takes a while to dry and the Wi-Fi function and app is useless. Like the double filters for cleaning and the energy efficiency.

Like others, its been difficult to find programmes that will actually dry the clothes, and the app has an incomprehensibly large number of additional programmes, but its been just about OK. My main gripe jowever is that it has failed after less than 8 months of extremely light usage (at most 3-4 uses per month, probably less). In addition, the failure mode is dangerous - it's now constantly on, even if set to 'off' - only way to stop it is to pull the plug!! Awaiting engineer!

Great machine, however it does take a bit longer to get things "bone dry" but if you can't have a vented one then it's good to know this. There is no time dial so to speak, so you can't just whack a few things in for 10 mins like a normal tumble dryer everything on this has preset settings which is a bit annoying. But I've found a way around it. Bit of a faff but not too bad really. The water "collector" is so easy to remove and empty.. its in the door! You'll see when you buy it it! No scrabbling around at the bottom of the machine anymore thank goodness. All in all a great machine for anyone who can't have the normal type of vented tumble dryer. Oh and the drum size is massive.. 9kg

Wasn't sure it would cost less to run but it really does the smart meter don't lie ,and because it doesn't get as hot as a normal condenser dryer the clothes come out even softer ,really recommend this dryer
