Useless at drying bedding - wish I could get a replacement

    1/5
This tumble drier is the worst one I've ever had. It isn't fit for purpose. I run an Air BnB and need to wash and dry a lot of bedding. This machine tangles all the sheets and duvet covers up into big knots (despite closing the poppers on the duvet covers) and the bedding is still wet inside. Last time I used it, I literally put in 3 sheets, that was all because I know it can't cope. It tangled them all up yet again, and they came out wet, so I have to hang them over doors, or restart the drying cycle, which wastes electricity. I would really love to get rid of it and get something better but can't afford to. God knows what I'll do in winter.

Warning: faulty machines carry on spin cycle without stopping

    1/5
The machine worked ok initially but then carries on with its cycle infinitely and won't stop, which could be very dangerous. Had an engineer out who said it was due to the room temperature being too cold, but we checked the booklet and it said it is fine from 5-35C, which the room is. So this is a fault with the machine. Not happy with our purchase and have to return.

    Complex, dangerous failure

    1/5
Like others, its been difficult to find programmes that will actually dry the clothes, and the app has an incomprehensibly large number of additional programmes, but its been just about OK. My main gripe jowever is that it has failed after less than 8 months of extremely light usage (at most 3-4 uses per month, probably less). In addition, the failure mode is dangerous - it's now constantly on, even if set to 'off' - only way to stop it is to pull the plug!! Awaiting engineer!

Takes to long to dry clothes

    2/5
I'm sorry to say this is not a great product. Takes to long to dry the clothes. Ive been a big Candy fan for years, but I think the heat pump design is poor. Have started to hang clothes to dry on the radiator again. I haven't done that for years.

    Good but slow

Works fine. Takes much longer to dry than we thought it would.

    Heat pump dryer

I think the dryer is cheaper to run but it does take an age to dry the clothes.

    Dryer

Takes longer than a condenser dryer and can't put a full 8k load in at once but easy to use, and great to have the time displayed.

    Candy should do better

    3/5
Good sized dryer with easy to follow instructions. Sadly after the 4th time of use, the water container fell out and the bottom clip broke off. This was despite it being correctly inserted (as per the manual) and the door being opened gently. Such a pity as this was shaping up to be a good buy
