It’s brilliant! Large capacity, easy to use and the wifi app is great for both programme selection and letting me know when it’s finished. You cash also set it to work overnight too. The filter can be easily cleared and the water tank is compact and drains smoothly. In the past, these have anyways been a bit big and cumbersome, but not this one.

If you’re coming from a lifetime of standard condensers, there’s a bit of a learning curve towards how long you can expect a load to take ?? On the upside, saving a fortune on electric and it steams up the back room a lot less than the old one. The filter trap on this is fantastic. Not sure if we have a dodgy model or if it applies to all of them - it’s pretty quiet until it starts pumping the water into the tank. It sounds like it’s rattling / broken and makes a hell of a racket. But not sure if that is a feature or a bug ?? Haven’t used wifi features despite being a tech aficionado - it just looks a bit gimmicky.

Been really impressed with this so far, first time using a heat pump and cycle times not much different from our (admittedly old) condenser. Smart features are handy to see how much time left or notification when cycle complete. Very reasonably priced for the tech.

It is a great tumble dryer and I am extremely happy using the bluetooth settings on my phone. It doesn’t use much electric, so it’s very cheap to run. Emptying the water container is so easy to do too. You get a reminder on your phone to empty the water container and take out the lint. I would recommend this product for families and for people saving money on their electricity bills.

Good as expected

This tumble drier is the worst one I've ever had. It isn't fit for purpose. I run an Air BnB and need to wash and dry a lot of bedding. This machine tangles all the sheets and duvet covers up into big knots (despite closing the poppers on the duvet covers) and the bedding is still wet inside. Last time I used it, I literally put in 3 sheets, that was all because I know it can't cope. It tangled them all up yet again, and they came out wet, so I have to hang them over doors, or restart the drying cycle, which wastes electricity. I would really love to get rid of it and get something better but can't afford to. God knows what I'll do in winter.

After the first load (which took hours) the drier is really fast. I can dry a whole load in an hour and a half or so (with 6 wool tumble drier balls to speed it up), and it comes out nice and dry, on eco cotton option. It's quieter than my old one, and I love the notification that the drier has finished (even if not using the app to put the machine on). The fluff catcher is easy to empty, just pulling the fluff out with my fingers, and the water container is easy to empty. Being in the door you can clearly see when it needs emptied. Can't fault it.

Fairly quiet, large load capacity, cycles are quite long as expected with a heat pump dryer but dries laundry well.
