The new dryer has been fantastic. When they called to confirm delivery, they also arranged to uplift the old dryer free of charge.

After the first load (which took hours) the drier is really fast. I can dry a whole load in an hour and a half or so (with 6 wool tumble drier balls to speed it up), and it comes out nice and dry, on eco cotton option. It's quieter than my old one, and I love the notification that the drier has finished (even if not using the app to put the machine on). The fluff catcher is easy to empty, just pulling the fluff out with my fingers, and the water container is easy to empty. Being in the door you can clearly see when it needs emptied. Can't fault it.

It takes a little while to get the hang of how things work,but otherwise absolutely brilliant and super cheap to run. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Brilliant product. Cheaper to run than standard condenser dryer and very easy to remove the water collector/ container.

Overall happy with the machine, friendly efficient delivery and very quiet and economical to run, much cheaper on electric than my old condenser dryer. Would highly recommend

Overall I like the tumble dryer although it takes a while to dry and the Wi-Fi function and app is useless. Like the double filters for cleaning and the energy efficiency.

Does what it says, dries your washing, bit noisier than old one but hoping it saves on power. Great idea having water collection in the door, really easy to empty and can use for plants ??

The only reason that I haven't given this 5 stars is because it is quite a bit noisier than my Samsung Heat Pump dryer that it replaced. That being said, this dryer was far cheaper and does the job just fine.
