The machine works well but the water tank lets it down. The website says "It’s really easy to empty the tank of water too" - well that is just plain misleading. It is at the bottom so you have to take the bottom front panel off every time to get to it. The worst design I have ever seen in 20+ years using condenser dryers

This needed to be sent back as the door was faulty. According to the driver they have had a few sent back. Candy need to address this.

I ended up returning this item, I was super excited about the WiFi connection and the over all dryer looked great on paper. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Like I said above it took forever to dry clothes. I tried various setting and still had to run at least 2 cycles before any loads were dry. extremely slow on drying clothes. AO were fantastic tho, fantastically helpfully. Thank you AO

I really dislike it and wish my old one hadn’t broken down. Over complicated programmes and mixtures that all came out perfectly in the old one are hopeless. Creased tangled shirts, wet jeans, damp socks. A tsunami of condensation on the inside window and soaking wet fluff. I don’t really want to add a star at all. I’m so disappointed with it.

Not very happy with this product: - big sheets wraps themselves up in a bundle and won't dry. Laundry bags don't help. - condensation builds up around the door and drips when you open it. - fluff builds up around the door - the water tray is a pain to get to behind the panel, and difficult to empty

This product is supposed to be energy efficient which was one of the reasons that we bought it. Whilst it may very well cost less to run per minute than our old.model, unfortunately it has to be on for such a long time that it will work out more expensive. Very disappointing.

Having trouble with the tumble dryer, keeps cutting out, can't program anything. Only had a week, engineer coming out. Looks good though. Annoying as can't be used till its been looked at.

Liked the heat pump concept and recycling heat. Has a lot of intelligent heating options but think they could be more simple to use. Great dryer but a pain having to remove the bottom panel every time you need to empty the water container.
