Faulty gasket

Gasket on door too thick had to call out candy engineer he could n,t fix it

We had this drier previous before it broke after 10 years this is much less noisey and does a better job of drying. Great dryer and the delivery from the guys was top service ??

Not very happy with this product:
- big sheets wraps themselves up in a bundle and won't dry. Laundry bags don't help.
- condensation builds up around the door and drips when you open it.
- fluff builds up around the door
- the water tray is a pain to get to behind the panel, and difficult to empty
