Over heated and burnt plug socket after owning only 2.5 weeks

Sadly this machine is a nightmare. Athough this is a large capacity machine only the cotton and ECO programs take this. The rest take between 1 and 4kgs which is not what you expect with a Machine this size. Drying is difficult if you try to dry a full load of cotton towels it takes 4 hours!! And they are still damp!! 4kg of mix and dry or dark colours it takes a couple of hours With energy prices as they are steer Clear. Had for 30 days had to return for a DIFFERENT machine…. Couldn’t get full refund so lost £80. But it was worth it to get this horror out of my house.

Barking mad design!!! Why put the container for the condensed water at the bottom right down on the ground? It need emptying around once a week. Further, the cover for the bottom area with the condensed water container is neither robust not functionally easy to put back - we now keep it off permanently. The controls are complex and not instinctive settings - I am at a loss to understand why so many options and variations are needed? It does dry cloths well all the same

+ quiet - you cannot set the exact time you want , considering returning it

The door opening is much smaller than my previous model even though this is 2kg bigger (clothes weight wise) The door does not open almost all the way around like my previous one does so this is annoying as we little room where the dryer goes so i can see this door becoming an issue. The wifi thing is totally totally pointless, a gimmick thats more pointless. You have to have your phone touching the dryer for it to work. Why???? You might aswell just push the buttons you want on the dryer. Very finicky programmes, just want to select a quick dry but you almost need a degree in engineering to get to do this. The water collector is right at the bottom of the dryer, floor level. Totally outrageous who designed this. No good if you cant get on your knees to remove it. The access panel to the water collector is not even hinged, you have to pop it off then fumble around to clip it all back in place. Overall for the reasons above i would NOT recommend this item. Totally shocking design and over complicated with a feature (wifi thingy) totally useless. The designers and persons who signed this product off needs to go look for another job.

Difficult to understand programmes and appears to have long drying times. I would not buy product again. Also water container is on the floor. It makes it very difficult to empty.
