Good service, good price and the tumble dryer does what we need it to do. It has a massive 10kg drum which we struggle to fill.

Nice big drying space. Quite quiet also. Some drying times seem long but the sensors reduce the time if clothes are dry.

I've used tumble dryers over the last 40 years and always been very selective on what l dry in them as they could be hard to iron afterwards. This model however drys exactly to whats necessary, space in the drum allows full movement to avoid creasing. And everything is so SOFT! Older towels come out like new! I'm loving it.

This dryer is perfect for our busy family - the ability to dry a large load in one go means we can keep up! The other good thing is that, although when it arrives it looks quite complicated to use, it is actually very easy and the instructions are easy to understand. It’s a lot quieter than our previous dryer which is also important as we live in a flat. All in all, great vfm and thoroughly all round excellent service from AO. I would definitely recommend this dryer as it’s B rated and looks the best in the range of similar dryers for our needs.. As you can tell - we are very pleased with our purchase. Nuff said.

Great machine, relatively quiet and works a treat. Overall happy. If I had one gripe, it would be that the water container is not so easily accessible as I have had on past condensing dryers as you have to remove a cover to access it. Otherwise chuffed

Easy to order ,came within a week as was told on time, Great dryer runs perfectly nice quiet , very happy with it , would buy from them again .

Quite, good value for money and dries clothes really well. Cut my laundry time significantly.

Good delivery. Punctual. Men very helpful on delivery truck. I like my tumble dryer but an still getting used to all the different settings.
