good product with a couple of design blunders

bought to replace giant but energy-hungry old chest freezer. 25% less capacity but that should be more efficient. Much thicker walls than old models.
CAUTION - handle is not included in size description, so freezer won't go through a standard door. Take doors off if you can before delivery, and be prepared to remove and replace handle. (AO install service was fabulous!)
Lock is very flimsy so don't bother, key likely to break.
castors on front only, not rear which is a classic millennial design foul-up, not much use. Also there are FIVE transit spacers fitted, not four as per instructions. Fifth spacer is at back so don't miss it. This distorted the seal hence excess frost, at time of review we think we've fixed this.
Lid can be opened again without waiting 5-10 minutes, that's a welcome change from the old freezer. If transferring baskets from an old freezer (as we have) make sure the supplied baskets aren't standing proud or this will also affect seal and add frost.
Compressor is noisy when running, but doesn't run that much now freezer is full, this is good. 4 days in - cautious optimism that this is a good purchase.
