Bought this as needed a small fridge freezer for small kitchen in new home. First one delivered - was impossible to reverse the freezer door as the screw holes were filled with polyurethane foam. Replacement had dented fridge door and the delivery men laid it flat on its back (which should never be done) in the street to reverse the doors. Returned it and got a third one. This works. The paint coating is very thin so easily scratched and we did scratch it when reversing the doors. Very difficult to unscrew the freezer door to remove it. Also not impressed that Beko keep pestering for me to take out extended insurance.

Delivery was ahead of time and the guys delivering great but the item itself was a disappointment. What was I thinking when ordering it! The capacity is 145/68 litres so its clearly not a 50:50 fridge freezer. There aren't enough shelves or compartments and it looks more like a toy compared to the beko fridge freezer we had. The lesson appears to be don't order online, go somewhere and look!

Product is fine. Delivery was cancelled at short notice and then the removal of old fridge freezer also cancelled when the new one dropped off. Delivery and collection a complete time- wasting shambles

Even though the product page states this product is 50/50 and the pictures show that same, in reality the door size is 60/40, and by actual capacity this product is 70/30 due to all the extra insulation in freezer compartment leaving very little actual usable space. Other then that I can't comment on the operation of the product as I haven't had it long enough. But seems to be working as expected so far.

Because the product has only one thermostat the temperatures fluctuates too much; the fridge goes from 3 Celsius to 1 Celsius, the freezer goes from -19 to -14, if I turn it down to get the fridge to go 3 Celsius to 5 or 6 Celsius then the freezer also drops from 14 Celsius to 10 or even 9 Celsius, if I turn the dial from 4 and quarter to 3 the the temperature of the freezer goes up too much before the motor kicks in. I dont like single thermostat fridge freezers.

It s good but a bit small….my own fault I was in too much of a rush as we d just moved house and had needed white goods urgently.

The machine was bought as a replacement for an elderly, but very similar, Beko fridge/freezer. The old machine was better designed, with superior build quality - so this new machine is a bit of a disappointment. However, it seems to work ok in the cold environment it was bought for.

Product appears fine although had a problem with internal light which seems to have corrected itself. Low mark given due to being unable to speak tocsomeone at AO when problem arose and the unhelpful phone call I had with Beko. The fridge freezer itself, at the moment is working OK.
