Belko advertises this as a 50/50 when it's clearly a 60/40. The door shelves and freezer drawers build is very flimsy, it feels like they'll break any time I have to touch them. It's making a loud hum noise the first week it's in use. The freezer space is really small. I wanted to change it but AO didn't take responsibility for the false advertising and wanted to charge me a deduction. They neither have anything I'm interested in change this for. Really bad experience and product, for the price. It's the most expensive in the range I was looking for, I wonder how bad were the cheaper ones.

Nothing like in the video this fridge freezer is more like a 60/40 in size with a large fridge but has very little freezer space. It also has an rather ugly door hindge on the top of the fridge which is not shown in the video or photo's. This has been a disappointing purchase to say the least you wouldn't get a weeks worth of meals on wheels in the freezer. Dont waste your money

Freezer arrived and ao dealt with delivery perfectly well, we plugged in the following day and after 12 hours we noticed the fridge and freezer was not getting cool, in fact it was the opposite, our digital thermometer showed 23.5 degrees Celsius and the Kitchen was only at 18. I rang ao and was auto diverted to Beko (45 min wait) who advised they would need to send an engineer to verify the fault at which point we had the right to a refund or replacement, however they had no appointments for 12 days which I expressed my dissatisfaction as it doesn’t take an engineer to confirm that the fridge was heating and not cooling when I could certify this was the case from my thermometer. They booked the appointment anyway and after the call I was transferred back to ao (30 min wait). Ao were quite sympathetic and could understand I wasn’t happy waiting 12 days with no working fridge freezer. I was put on hold so ao could ring back through to Beko to confirm 12 day wait (20 minute hold). Ao agreed to replace the in 3 days but had no stock so I paid another £60 for a different brand and was just relieved ao we’re helping. After I ended the call I went to the kitchen to unplug the Fridge Freezer and noticed the kitchen had smoke and a very strong smell of burning plastic, after unplugging and waiting for the smoke to clear I looked at the compressor at the back which had expanded to a point where it had touched the internal plastic and melted it, this was easier to see using phone camera looking upwards. I have looked at other reviews regarding this model and there is nothing to suggest this is common, my best advice is do not plug a brand new fridge freezer in, then go out, I’m in no doubt this could have been far worse than it actually was had I of not unplugged when I did.

Ok when it worked but broke just after warrantee expired.

Paid for a slot delivery but didn't arrive in the time given and no call from the driver to say they were going to be late or they were on the way as I thought they did? Plus the fridge freezer is dented and scratched!

Extremely noisy, at times more noisier than the working dishwasher.

Unfortunately the freezer is so small you cannot fit a pizza box in it- the shelves in the fridge are always slightly wet and the back of the fridge is frozen and a note attached on the inside door states this is the case and not to place anything too near to it. So for a small fridge with a restriction on placement means there is even less room for your products. The freezer also is frost free but the draw fronts have a film of frost on them so all in all extremely disappointing purchase that I cannot return as you don’t know the issues until you actually have to use it

Nice size and design but let down by poor construction at the bottom which made it very difficult to reverse the door hinge/feet and also by rather loud vibration of the case which only stops if you press on it.
