Bought mine in march handles very weak, 5mth later it snaped away from the screw , very flimsy handles you can see the pressure on the plastic handle that is attached to the fridge , ao were really good but beko still waiting for a phone call to replace the handles and for an engineer to come out and fit them , Im not happy, iv seen a nother review with the same problem . poor weak handles for such a large fridge.

Just under 3 weeks old and it failed, lost all the frozen food in the freezer. So the great proce on the freezer. Is now not so great. 10 days till someone is going to come out and have a look at it, that's a long time without a freezer, especially with a vulnerable person in the house (this was told to them). The delivery guys struggled to deliver it (small guys) they left it on the pavement unattended for a while. Poor service not only from ao delivery but also from beko. Over £100 lost in shopping and now we are struggling. Save your money and get something else.

Awfull the black is not a good choice

I received this BEKO fridge freezer from AO.COM on 01/07/2020, It stopped working on 01/07/2021 I've had to take out extended warranty to get it fixed, it's now 01/08/2021 and its still not been repaired, it took them 2 weeks before an engineer came out, he has ordered a new compressor and it's been 2 weeks and there is still no sign about getting it fixed, I will not buy from AO.COM again

Nowhere near as efficient as it looks

The product was alright but just needed more space on the inside the fridge

Larger than expected fridge, lots of space with shelving for bottles. Door shelves spaced out so you can get all sorts of things in them, like milk, spread etc. freezer has 4 decent sized drawers which are fully removable. One thing we have noticed is after installation it takes a while for the fridge temperature to settle down as we had spread getting so cold we had to take it out before use initially but now we just take it out when required for use. Overall very happy.

Great product, however nigh on impossible to change the way the door opens
