I received this BEKO fridge freezer from AO.COM on 01/07/2020, It stopped working on 01/07/2021 I've had to take out extended warranty to get it fixed, it's now 01/08/2021 and its still not been repaired, it took them 2 weeks before an engineer came out, he has ordered a new compressor and it's been 2 weeks and there is still no sign about getting it fixed, I will not buy from AO.COM again

Absolutely love this product. Not only a stylish accessory to the kitchen, but overall a very good appliance. Very spacious and refrigerator and freezer, both keep the food both cool and frozen to a very high standard. 10 out of 10 in my apionion.

Definitely made the right choice. A great looking fridge freezer with plenty of space. Just don't put fingerprints all over it or you'll be forever cleaning it. The harvest fresh lighting is a great idea that should make your produce last even longer than a regular fridge. Everything from placing the order to taking delivery was seamless. Communication was excellent from start to finish.

Fridge/freezer is spacious and quiet. I love the black colour. One disadvantage is that the door don't shut propertly when not pushed strong enough. My old fridge used to shut itself when I didn't do it properly. However it has very loud an annoying sound when opened for too long so this protects the temperature inside. Overly satisfied with it.

Took a while to get the fridge to the right temperature. It froze our drinks on the middle setting (3), which didn't seem right to me. So removed everyting from inside it, switched it off, allowed it to get to the same temperature as the garage, and then loaded it up again, but on the minimum cooling setting, and now it's happy at about 4-5 degrees. Otherwise seems like a good product.

This is a beautiful shiny fridge freezer, delivery men very courteous, took away my old fridgefreezer, worth the bit of extra payment, everything was checked over with my new one.

nice fridge freezer ,quiet compared to my old one ,take note shelves not adjustable ,only three of them and a bottle rack . The freezer draws will pull all the way out when using, no stops. i am glad i bought this as overall its a great fridge freezer ,just not as big as i thought
