Died after 15 months of use. 10 Year "Parts Warranty", ok for parts but the call out and labour will cost more than a new dishwasher! WiFi connection is also worse than useless.

This product doesn't have WiFi connectivity. Both Candy and AO are aware of issues and still they advertise it has being connected. The drawers don't come out far enough and cutlery tray at the rear of the lower drawer is a massive design flaw.

If you want a WiFi connected appliance don't buy this one. Candy and AO continue to advertise as WiFi connectable when they are both aware it isn't! Added to that as many of the other comments are correct, the basket at the back is a design flaw. The door is far too light and the dishes are often still wet, although apparently there us an "extra dry" option on the app, which doesn't work!!

Awful from the start. Fiddly 'touch screen' panel which eventually broke just after the guarantee expired. It takes ages to make the panel react to touching the right 'buttons', and now, finally, it's completely stopped responding - just randomly flashing at a point elsewhere on the panel where you haven't pressed down. Don't buy - it's a triumph of flashiness over function.

The dishwasher washes dishes poorly, especially the zoom function. The [iPhone] app did not work after one day of working correctly. The layout of the dishwasher is awful, glasses have nowhere to go, the cutlery tray is located at the back of the dishwasher so very awkward to load.

Absolutely rubbish, we only paid £249 but it isn't even worth that. Definitely wouldn't pay £369. Wifi permanently stuck on, takes several minutes of pressing buttons randomly to turn it off because the instructions to switch it off are not correct. App is awful, wouldn't connect to dishwasher or sync at all so the wifi is even more pointless. The only positive feature is the rapid programme (when we can get it to come on and work). Will be contacting AO to return as it is not fit for purpose.

Feels quite flimsy and the layout isn’t great , also it’s quite a dark interior not as good as my last dishwasher .
