Firstly this review is no reflection on AO as there customer service is excellent. Unfortunately we had to send back the machine... initially it looked great, and was exactly what we wanted and were drawn to it for the additional Wifi function. Even after 5/6 washes and running a cleaner through the machine it still smelt of chemicals/ burning which made all our dishes/ cutlery smell and was a bit concerning as never had this with a new machine before. The wifi function also didn’t work, and when we finally got through to the candy technical team we were told that they have had issues with iPhone connectivity.... Opted to the Hotpoint model which has been perfect so far!

Awful from the start. Fiddly 'touch screen' panel which eventually broke just after the guarantee expired. It takes ages to make the panel react to touching the right 'buttons', and now, finally, it's completely stopped responding - just randomly flashing at a point elsewhere on the panel where you haven't pressed down. Don't buy - it's a triumph of flashiness over function.

Nice price for what you get. Easy to fit door if you take the time to measure correctly, then it just fits. Nice and quiet compared to old machine, which was 7 years old and I'd repaired it multiple times. Plenty of options and the quick wash and pre wash are also very good. WiFi, mmm, interesting setup. Two conflicting sets of instructions with this machine, the one set that came loose (not the booklet) worked first time and connected beautifully. Downside, is although I can ping the machine, the app can also see it, but after that it just goes in a loop trying to connect. Really like the adjustable top shelf, plus the glass holders on the top shelf as well is a nice feature. The handles on the cuterly holder could be better, mine require refitting each time I lift the basket from the machine, a small, but annoying sacrafice for an otherwise good value for money machine. Easy to install as well, with three adjustable legs, plus the options to screw into the sides or top, I chose the sides and the machine is solid and stable in the 600mm wide opening. In summary, great machine, good value for money, WiFi is hit and miss at least for me, cuterly basket handles not so good, but after a wash, everything comes out sparkling. Would highly recommend the optional inline limescale magnet offered by AO and also get a bag of salt if you live in a medium to hard water area as this will undoubtedly keep your machine running efficient for longer. AO service as good as always, would highly recommend this machine for a medium to large family (3-6 people) Mine arrived, sadly with a cracked plastic outer which conseals the pump, but a little glue fixed that. Purely cosmetic and unseen once the machine was installed.

The product is brilliant, easy to use and very good at cleaning dishes,pots and pans . Also very easy to install.

Died after 15 months of use. 10 Year "Parts Warranty", ok for parts but the call out and labour will cost more than a new dishwasher! WiFi connection is also worse than useless.

Absolutely rubbish, we only paid £249 but it isn't even worth that. Definitely wouldn't pay £369. Wifi permanently stuck on, takes several minutes of pressing buttons randomly to turn it off because the instructions to switch it off are not correct. App is awful, wouldn't connect to dishwasher or sync at all so the wifi is even more pointless. The only positive feature is the rapid programme (when we can get it to come on and work). Will be contacting AO to return as it is not fit for purpose.

Very good for the price. Slightly louder than our old machine, however not so loud it is a problem. Cleans well. No complaints. Would recommend.
