Poor instructions and information about the control panel and what the symbols mean. Otherwise a good little machine.

Well I called in and said that there were gaps up each side of the door,and that it looked out of place,I was told they were all like this which I thought strange,

AO service is fantastic, unfortunately the product is just okay. The first one was sent back, loose top section and the at the base the sides bowed out and could see gaps. AO were spot on and collection and delivery was quick and easy. We received the second one and the sides at base were still bowing out showing gap again, so we presumed it's a design fault and decided to keep it, you get what you pay for I suppose and at this price level we can't expect too much. After a few washes we noticed that the base tray keeps coming off rails when we push in or out. Can't be bothered to send back. The dishwasher washes fine and does the job and we just don't want to wash dishes again lol ...so have kept it. Next time I'd pay more and not have these issues.
