Unfortunately there seems to be a pump problem on my as yet unused dishwasher. Waiting for an engineer in a week. Best get the Marigold's out again

It only works on one programme (luckily it's the 50 minute programme) and even then NOT everything is clean and nothing is dry. The tablet doesn't release, but I don't actually care about that. It is still saying it needs salt, even though it has been topped up as much as possible.

I paid for the connection fee and never had it connected. Told someone from Customer services would call to refund the fee. Never did! Finally had my dishwasher fitted only to find it’s dented on the door and all the sides. Very disappointed with service. Even with dents dishwasher works good just not happy with the service I received.

Doesn’t work. Waiting for manufacturer to come out!

After 2 weeks it stopped working engineer found the Mother Board to be damaged. we decided not to get it repaired, as such a major fault we could not trust something else may have been damaged.

Disappointed with this, very flimsy and also started to leak. Was sent a replacement, but it was no better (ordered a different make in the end). Excellent service by AO as ever, though.

This didn't work out for me. Very flimsy overall, sides were misaligned and it also flooded after one use. Had a replacement delivered but same issues were visible, so that was sent back and I've now ordered a different make. Impeccable service from AO as usual, but I would really not recommend this dishwasher.

Not good- first one arrived faulty then the second the same fault. It seemed to be bowing around the door … not wanting a flood etc .hubby checked after they’d left the first time but before they’d left the second time. AO customer service was great and each team delivering were too - it was a horribly long few days waiting in but ordered a different model in the end - 3rd time lucky. Funny thing is we have had the same one before and it’s great.
