First one arrived faulty. Discharge pump was running constantly even when the dial was set to 'off'. The hour+ I spent making to calls to various organisations only to be told by the repair people that I need to call AO, and AO telling me I needed to call the repair people, was frankly a pain I could have done without. I was actually told by "luckily your product is still within the manufacturers warranty!", to which I replied that we'd never even used it once yet, you need to send a new one!!!!.. furious by this point.
Eventually someone agreed to send a new one. The delivery driver talked a load of twaddle to my office staff about how it should be installed (like if he was so good at this, would he still choose to be a delivery truck driver??)... I have also just finished wiring and fitting an entire kitchen elsewhere, I know what I am doing with a tiny basic dishwasher!
AO is cheap for a reason, they cut corners on customer service. These days, there are other similarly priced competitors, I might look there as well next time.
