Had this oven 3 months and only worked for one! On going issues, never buy this again!

The seal was to short and it’s not the easiest to get it sorted

I'm afraid we returned this item. Despite the build quality being good and the appliance height being 72cm (as opposed to a single oven height 60 cm) the layout is really not conducive to home cooking. The problem of design seems to run across many models... namely that the interior height of each oven is only some 20+ cm, and if you want to put a pan or casserole on the lowest shelf (as opposed to standing on the bottom of the oven) the tallest casserole you can actually get in is just 13-14cm. Most of our cooking utensils won't fit. When, oh when will the manufacturers learn to put in a normal-height main oven with a small separate grill above? This would be SO much more useful!

Good price, seems reasonably well built, and comes with two shelves plus a tray for the grilling pan (many don't !). However, as is common, the manual is poor. We still haven't figured out what one of the lower oven modes is actually supposed to do ! The markings on the front panel are a bit small and not easy to see - especially considering it's designed for under-counter installation, you'd think they'd make them so you can see them from a stood up position. We've not had it long enough to see how well it lasts. And do allow time for the stench to dissipate - as the instructions state, best to give it a good heat through before you need to use it, and coatings on the element do burn off and they really do make a smell. This is only a one off, once it's been done then we've had mo more smell from it - just from the food :-)

The main oven is quite small, but other than that I like this a lot. The knobs are much better than buttons.

Had to run the oven for 2 hours at maximum (as the instructions stated) and it produced an acrid smell that only faded after a full day. After that, it worked as advertised and worked well - 2 simple ovens with an additional grill function.

I am very pleased with this oven which I think is most suitable for small family use - the actual oven interiors are rather small. As it says in the `blurb` the ovens are really easy to clean, there are no side racks to harbour grease or grime but a smooth moulding to support the shelves.. The drip tray is, similarly, easy to clean, and could, I suppose, double as a baking tray, but I have not tried this. The oven ga ins the set temperature fairly quickly and is quiet in operation.. It cooks very evenly which is particularly pleasing as I no longer have lopsided scones! The doors are sturdy and I was pleased to see instructions on how to disengage them for cleaning - however, the instruction booklet could offer fuller information generally. It is useful to have a grill both ovens although some users may find the bottom oven grill a little too near the floor. Unfortunately, the alarm barely sounds at the end of the set time, and although the time is clearly shown, the time setting facility of "+" and "-" minutes is not very clear. I contacted AO about the timer and an engineer is to call tomorrow.
