DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this oven January 2023 and at first it was a great oven no complaints...however within 4 months the light in the main oven stopped working, then the function & temperature markings started to rub off through accidental touch/being wiped over with just water. 11 months later and the oven is pretty much unusable due to not being able to tell what temperature you're putting the oven on. After complaining I was told it is not a manufacturer fault & sent a picture of the dials so I could "see where the markings should be" so I can keep using the oven, not useful at all for the temperature dials!!! After sending more photos I was again told it is down to misuse & not a manufacturer problem. I have never had an oven where the markings were not permanent and able to rub off easily. Too much money to lose for an oven unusable after less than a year

Smart appearance. Easy no fuss controls. Replacing not very old British oven. Which was very poorly made. Using substandard materials in its construction. I can only hope Hicence is made to a higher standards.

It's ok. Relatively cheap. Knobs are awful but I guess could be replaced. Also the timer alarm sound is a bit aggressive. Works fine though.

I bought this oven for my parents to replace their old one which was dangerous My have nothing but praise about this oven, easy to use heats up very fast & easy to clean I can’t fault AO.com for their service the delivery people where on time & courteous

Pleased with the product so far, a good oven for the price. Easy to use and install.
