Great..if you don't want it to last more than a few months

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought this oven January 2023 and at first it was a great oven no complaints...however within 4 months the light in the main oven stopped working, then the function & temperature markings started to rub off through accidental touch/being wiped over with just water. 11 months later and the oven is pretty much unusable due to not being able to tell what temperature you're putting the oven on. After complaining I was told it is not a manufacturer fault & sent a picture of the dials so I could "see where the markings should be" so I can keep using the oven, not useful at all for the temperature dials!!! After sending more photos I was again told it is down to misuse & not a manufacturer problem. I have never had an oven where the markings were not permanent and able to rub off easily. Too much money to lose for an oven unusable after less than a year

Oven has been condemned and exchanged for another manufacturers product. Unable to regulate temperature. Engineer Unable to rectify. Unable to contact customer services or book service call without AO help

It’s early days but struggling for an even cook. AO delivery and installation fantastic however.

    Cheap but works fine

It's ok. Relatively cheap. Knobs are awful but I guess could be replaced. Also the timer alarm sound is a bit aggressive. Works fine though.

    Ok for a budget appliance

It’s ok! For a budget appliance it’s as good as it gets. Ours broke at the worst time of year for use so had to make an economical choice. No timer. Is a biggy for me. But cooks ok. The knobs seem a bit tinny and I’m not sure it will be a long time investment.

    Damaged but sorted

Love the look of the cooker but it arrived damaged and unusable, Ao.com great at sorting out a replacement to be sent out but would have been great if it had come oerfectc1st time round.

    ?? watch out

Have fitted this product before me and the customer will give it 5 stars. However I ordered one for myself on arrival it had been damaged on the top with no exteria or face damage.i spoke to AO who gave me 10% off the purchase price. I got the oven fitted (qualified electrician) only to find out that the damage had warped the fan and now sounds like a helicopter. Ao was great and said that I had to pay back the 10% ? And they would send me out a new one. My electrician is coming tomorrow to disconnect and will be back the following (if delivered) to install. Fingers crossed the oven is ok and not damaged. Only 3 stars as the cost to install etc has know cost me £160. I should have asked for a replacement straight away. ??

We haven't had the time to fit it yet

Seems to take a long time for the fan oven to heat up to temperature set, other than that, very nice looking oven. Could do with a section in the instruction manual just showing how to set the time, not just timer!
