Great value and fantastic service . Bought this for my daughter and family , they are thrilled!

It seems like a good oven so far and much better than the Hi Sense one I bought before this one and had to return it!

Always nice to have a clean new oven. Supplies with a good amount of shelves, 2 wire and 2 more like a baking tray. I'd much rather they were all wire, as the lip of the trays makes it hard to remove hot items safely. The timer is annoying, you basically have to add minutes individually. If you try to press and hold, it shoots to at least an hour or more before you can stop it. I thought this was just people being daft but it isn't. It also doesn't have a programmable timer as advertised. You can set an alarm, you can set it to stop cooking after a set time, but you cannot set it to come ON at a set time, which was my whole reason for choosing this one.

It’s a very good cooker, it’s as it is described and it looks great in our kitchen. It’s working extremely well and we would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s good value and we are very pleased with it.

Great product. Maybe better with a few more shelves

The fan in the oven broke three months after purchase. Fault reported to manufacturer in November and repair booked under warranty. The first engineer brought the wrong part. Next visit booked two weeks later. Fan was replaced on second visit. Broke again two days later (four days before Christmas).
