The lower oven of this is good, with 2 telescopic shelf supports and a range of other shelf positions. The upper "oven" is very small in height, impossible to use for a lidded casserole due to the space occupied by the grill element. The grill itself is really not good for several reasons. There are no telescopic supports for the grill pan, which has to rest on the side racks of the cavity. The grill pan has no handle (a handle can be purchased separately - which I found unbelievable when considering the price paid for this oven) and is difficult to slide in and out of position when cooking. I feel it is unsafe, as there is no support for the grill pan when pulled forward to turn food. Also the power output of the grill is feeble - it takes 15 minutes to grill a tomato! and cannot be adjusted at all, it is either on or off. The oven timer can only be set at the actual cooking time, there is no option to programme a start time for the oven to switch on automatically. I have spoken to Stoves customer service about these concerns and have basically been informed that this is the way it is - no help offered. I regret buying this oven and would not recommend it at all.

For the price of this oven I would of expected a grill pan and a plug to be included. I’d also expect not to have to ring up and complain because the product was damaged. I’d certainly not recommend buying a stoves to anyone!!

As an oven all seems to work as expected but doesn’t have the features advertised such as Bluetooth or different settings

Oven looks smart, but don’t like the 20% waste of space in the main oven. The shelves do not adjust low enough and you are advised not to use the bottom of the oven. The manual lacks detail and has left me wondering how to find all the functions apparently available. Cooks more slowly than my previous oven. Thought I was buying a more up to date version of my old oven but am disappointed.

not as good as the Stoves model this has replaced: Control knob lights do not flash to indicate when the desired temperature has been reached, oven takes longer to heat up and does not seem to be as hot as it should be.

To start the cooker looks great and was easy to install. There are a few bug bears, the timer only goes up to 99 minutes and there is no handle to remove the grill pan. Also I do not see the benefit of the slide bars in the main oven. Other than that it’s a good buy.

This was bought specifically for the double oven and drop down doors. It was annoying to find that the doors do not open to 90 degrees meaning that a plate or dish cannot be put on either. The top oven is disappointing, it doesn’t cook very well and small items have had to be transferred to the main oven defeating the object of a smaller oven. I find that the electric grill works well and heats up quickly. However, to use the grill pan which has to be lifted off the racks without a handle is extremely dangerous and made more awkward by the door not opening fully. Iit is quite a tight fit and particularly when hot food needs turning. I believe I can buy a handle ( no mention of this in the rather useless instruction leaflet). I have reverted to using my old grill pan which fortunately is in good condition. I would have expected such an oversight from a cheap model not from a company like Stoves.

We were happy with the new stove oven, but would of preferred a handle with the grill.
