Delivery and fitting by ao.com was excellent very professional no problems whatsoever they took away the rubbish. The oven itself is excellent we have had two stoves before the last one was a rotorstat that we had a little bit of problem with but it lasted 12 years so we are hoping for the same for this on.We had a problem with the fact that it had telescopic shelving but having contacted stoves they sent free of charge a set of shelving without the telescopic arms excellent service by then

great looking cooker, easy to use and clean the electric grill makes great toast, even beats a toaster. the glide easy shelves are easy to use and the look of the oven is very pleasing.

The item looks great and is really easy to use. The only small issue is the handles on the oven doors do get quite hot !

This Stoves oven cooks beautifully, easy to use and the cooking racks pull out on a runner which makes getting things out of the oven simple and safe. Good quality build and looks good.

Disappointed no gas grill. Electric grill takes longer to heat. Fan is much quieter than previous oven. Easy to use. All in all a nice looking gas double oven which does the job. Really pleased with purchase

Ordered a double gas intergated oven with electric grill all going well so far Didn't price match because the other company could not guarantee delivery within 10 days but reduced the price fairly Then I get delivery sooner than they offered I'm over the moon at this point cos Mrs is happy The engineers very professional left no mess very polite it could not have been any better so silver dollar service will definitely buy from them again

For the price of this oven I would of expected a grill pan and a plug to be included. I’d also expect not to have to ring up and complain because the product was damaged. I’d certainly not recommend buying a stoves to anyone!!
