Would have been five stars but for the telescopic runners don't run very freely.

OUR PREVIOUS STOKES PRODUCT WAS (7) SEVEN AND A BIT OLD AND HAD ENDURED A HARD LIFE OF BEING USED EVERY DAY FOR BAKING AND COOKING UNTIL IT HAD TO GO TO THE OVEN SANCTUARY IN THE SKY. WE WANTED A SIMILAR UNIT AND THE BI900G MEETS ALL THE REQUIREMENTS - A SMALLER GAS OVEN WITH ELECTRIC GRILL FOR THOSE SMALLER MEAL REQUIREMENTS AND THE LARGER SPACE FOR ROASTS, LOAVES, CASSEROLES ETC. THE UNIT IS SURPRISINGLY QUIET AND IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND EASY TO USE. THE BLACK FINISH IS VERY STYLISH! WOULD RECOMMEND THIS "WORK-HORSE" TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A NO NONSENSE UNCOMPLICATED UNIT.

An excellent oven. We have had 3 of these over many years and can’t fault them. Previously we ordered them directly from the manufacturer but, due to the current CV19 situation and the need for a quick replacement, we bought from AO who delivered it within days with fantastic customer service keeping us abreast of the progress of our delivery on a daily basis. The delivery driver and his mate were very friendly and helpful and always maintained social distancing. Delivery with a smile. Thanks AO.

Very pleased with delivery time and efficiency of the men who also took away the old oven and installed the new one. So far,extremely satisfied with the performance. Only minor drawback is the lack of grill pan handle,but this arrived the day after we ordered it.

Crispy chicken and crackly pork Easy cleaning...no hard work! Succulent pastries light as air And cakes to make Nigella stare. So pleased we bought this work of art It's the pride of our kitchen and really smart.

This is lovely for cooking & also looks really nice to look at. The one thing that lets it down is the fact that it doesn’t come with a handle for the grill pan. That is the only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 star.

Very satisfied with this oven. It's performing perfectly and so far we have found no issues that concern us. Looks very smart as well.

I had to do a lot of research for gas ovens as they aren't all that common anymore. This was a good deal the only issue I had was that it took ages to arrive, over a month in fact. Fortunately it wasn't needed right away but it's still a long time to wait.
