happy with the product but utterly dismayed by the 'service'. Left me without a hob for four days, no apology no recompense.

Looks good but fan is noisy and glad it was cheap but would not recommend it

This would have been higher rating but for ....this... when lifting the oven using the grab handles specifically for that purpose. I instatntly felt a sharp sting that felt like, and was confirmed to be by the blood, very sharp edge. Was a very small cut, but, it was deep and still not healed over fully some 8 days later. Not what should happen when using the very design to enable lifting and moving the unit. Luckily no blood on the carpet and even luckier not deep enough to damage permanently.

Good product for the price although the range of oven settings are frankly baffling. Plus the need to have the timer on in order for it to work! The lack of a digital clock and a proper timer are a bit of a shame, plus only getting one rack in the oven (there is a shallow tray too but that’s big to clean each time!). All in all, it’s ok and does the job, but there are some misses.

Overall a nice looking oven & hob and works well. Would have preferred larger icons on the knobs on the oven or less icons as they are very small & hard to see

This oven and hob look great together, and is really good value for money. The only thing I don't like is the dial for the oven temperature because I have to crouch down to see the number on the dial if I go over 150 degrees, and I also have to estimate as the guide goes up in 50s. All in all, a good buy for the price.

Great looking product package, but unfortunately there is no user manual, would it be possible to have one sent as I've never used an electric oven before. Thank you so much for your help.

Lovely looking oven and hob and definitely an upgrade from my previous ones! The 2 guys who came to fit it also did a great job. However, the functions on the oven are so confusing! There’s 17 different functions so there is such a thing as too many. I’m sure it’s a case of getting used to it and I’ve used the manual which describes each function in detail but it’s just overly complicated.
