I thought all ovens and hobs were the same, so when my built in oven that had served me well for 23 years decided it was time to go to the scrapyard in the sky I had no choice but to replace him. My choice was the Hisense built in oven and hob which seemed to be the perfect fit even though my gas hob still worked perfectly well they were a team so had to go together. AO was my preferred choice as they could take my old appliances away and fit my new Hisense replacements which they did without any hassle and with total customer satisfaction. My Hisense gas hob works just as well as the predecessor. However, the Hisense oven is so much better than I had hoped with cooking functionality than my previous NEFF one. I’ve not tried them all out yet but my favourite is the fast heat up function which allows you to get your oven up to temperature extremely quickly so you’re cooking almost like it’s gas but it’s really electric. Take my word for it you’d be crazy not to go Hisense!!!

Easy to use, sleek and smart, fits beautifully with my kitchen. Plenty of functions on oven and plenty of space on hob without exceeding size limitations of existing space. Oven quick to heat and very quiet when on.

Lovely oven and hob. Easy to use. Many settings on the oven. Easy to install. Bought for my 91 year old mother. Gas hob has safety feature in that no gas leaks out if the gas is not lit .Delivery info was excellent. Delivery men nice, happy and efficient.

happy with the product but utterly dismayed by the 'service'. Left me without a hob for four days, no apology no recompense.

Amaziing

Good product for the price although the range of oven settings are frankly baffling. Plus the need to have the timer on in order for it to work! The lack of a digital clock and a proper timer are a bit of a shame, plus only getting one rack in the oven (there is a shallow tray too but that’s big to clean each time!). All in all, it’s ok and does the job, but there are some misses.

This was an excellent by ao . the appliances were fully delivered and installed by them in no time and no worries or concerns to the customer. We are very grateful to you and will always recommend you to everyone.
