My goodness what a poor product and instructions. Had first one installed on sat 9 sept. only froze bottom half. Contacted AO who tried to refer me to Beko. but I bought it off AO? AO initially good replacement installed fri 15th sept. left for 6 hours turned on and low and behold after 12 hours only bottom half frozen. Bowl of water in top half not even cold. Instructions useless. Will try another brand. Seems to be an issue with build?

The compressor broke after 1.5 years, and the customer service from Beko is laughable! The Subcontractors they use for repairs under warranty have 0 star ratings. Very rude and couldn't organise anything! They do not communicate with each other. They expect the customer do chase everything up! . Avoid!!!!!

Was in 2 minds whether to get another Beko after our last FF and should have listened to my gut instinct. Freezer was only in use for a week and already its Kaput. Good luck trying to get in touch with Beko as well with the never answering phone call. Terrible service.

Didn’t work from the moment it was plugged in. Fan doesn’t work. Beko took ages to answer our call, engineer due on 31st. Then a badly written text was sent to say they were too busy to send anyone. Appalling

only freezing bottom 4 compartments-clearly faulty. Im not the first to give this similar review. Should be a zero star

NOt sure about this freezer. Ice is appearing inside. Fitter will be back here tomorrow so hope he will be able to tell us why this is. Other than that it is good. Ao customer service is second to none. Sorry I keep going on about it but they really do a fine job

So far, an excellent piece of kit. I love that there are so many smaller shelves/drawers, it's so much easier to find things. Easy to see stuff on the two top shelves too, as they are open.

Good size, very quiet and relatively easy to install.
