only freezing bottom 4 compartments-clearly faulty. Im not the first to give this similar review. Should be a zero star

Didn’t work from the moment it was plugged in. Fan doesn’t work. Beko took ages to answer our call, engineer due on 31st. Then a badly written text was sent to say they were too busy to send anyone. Appalling

Great freezer. Very quiet and lots of room inside. Feels a little odd that the top 2 spaces are just shelves with no drawer or flip down front but gives easy access and you quickly get used to the look of it.

Excellent size with plenty of drawers/shelves of differing sizes. Very quiet running in the utility room. Door alarm very handy feature.

Great product, really happy with it. Love the 2 shelves at the top - ideal for using to chill wine bottles, put ice cubes on or any dish that "slops" and would spill if you put it in a drawer. Also great choice of delivery options from £30 right down to free - plus absolutely first class customer service. The agent stayed on the chat with me for ages whilst I contacted my kitchen supplier to check that I could cancel the freezer they were due to supply after delivery had been put back several times. He even waited till I received my confirmation email after purchasing so that he could take the order number and double check that the freezer was in stock and would be delivered on my chosen day. This was the first time I have used AO and it won't be my last. Very impressed all round.

Great Freezer loads of space

Very good value for money. Nice and slimline. Plenty of drawer space for shopping. Very quiet and having the door alarm is an added bonus .

Spacious freezer,the alarm is very useful when the door is left open. Saves accidental defrosting of food when the door has not been closed properly. Plenty of useful sized shelves and drawers.
