The product does exactly what it needs to and fits perfectly into the integrated kitchen. Very happy overall and I would recommend AO.

The cooker hood doesn’t come with a plug, which is slightly annoying, but it fit into the existing gap and has a smaller diameter vent hole than most so we didn’t need to faff around with replacing the hose, meaning it was fairly easy to fit. It was the cheapest we found online and so far, so good

The hood works alright but the instructions could be improved regarding installing. The price was very reasonable for a good looking cooker hood that works well. No charcoal filter was included but universal one from local store was easily trimmed and installed.

Easy fitting, no hassle extractor - only downside is that the slides are bit stiff/clunky to open. Other than that it does what it says & good for budget.

I found the fitting instructions difficult to read and lacking detail. The diagrams were so small, I needed a magnifying glass to read them. Also, the dimensions for the placement of the hanging screws did not allow for the thickness of the door, I had to reposition them! Once this problem was sorted, it works well.

Good enough product. However does not come with carbon filterit plug. Which seems a shame/illogical!

Product is fine, a bit awkward to fit but works as it should.

Bought to replace an existing faulty unit this appeared to be what we were after; reasonable price, with all of the features we need. Arrived on time and well packed, and appeared to be just right size-wise. Installation was fiddly. The instructions were not as clear as they could have been and it is quite a heavy unit, so I recommend that you fit this with another person. The main unit seemed at first to be quite solid certainly the weight suggested that, but when I fitted the slide out side panels it became clear that this is quite flimsy and definitely in the budget category. Fitting the fascia panel was difficult and awkward and I am concerned that over time just 4 screws might cause an issue. There is no cross member you add stiffness and so opening and closing is definitely a 2 handed operation to make sure it opens squarely. Another criticism is that there are two outer screws on the side panels which interfere with the adjacent wall cabinets; I had to remove them to avoid the units being gouged whenever opening or closing the unit. It works, its reasonably quiet and efficient but it is definitely a no frills piece of kit
