I fitted this hood without any problem found it easy to use, when I first switched it on I thought it was not working it was so quiet very pleased with this item

Quieter than expected but powerful. Really bright light. More energy efficient than other makes. Looks great. Excellent value for money

Very powerful unit and straight forward to fit. The LED light unit was actually a smaller unit than the picture shows, but gives good lighting. My Mum is very pleased with the product, especially as she was advised her old unit was no longer available. This is a good substitute. I would recommend this product & AO to others.

Baumatic unit did not work, however the service I received afterwards was fantastic. Replacement arrived next day and was fitted and working well thank you AO

This cooker hood is very good value and does a good job for me

A nice looking extractor hood, easy to operate the light is bright and the extraction is strong, it was easy to fit the measurements were exact & it looks great.

I found the fitting instructions difficult to read and lacking detail. The diagrams were so small, I needed a magnifying glass to read them. Also, the dimensions for the placement of the hanging screws did not allow for the thickness of the door, I had to reposition them! Once this problem was sorted, it works well.
