Doesn’t dry the dishes at the end. Performance wise I will only give 4/10. Only good for mildly soiled plates and cups other dishes has to be clean manually after dishwashing cycle…

The dishwasher developed a fault after 1 week and Beko have been very poor in resolving the problem. AO have been helpful but Beko’s support has been poor.

Faulty product delivered - door doesn't close properly. Long wait for an engineer to visit and confirm door wasn't manufactured properly. Agreed to send a replacement. Still no contact from Beko or AO.com regarding the replacement. Its already been 1 month since the faulty dishwasher was delivered and still no contact again from AO.com. This dishwasher might be good at cleaning but we've no idea as haven't been able to try it yet!

So the major issue is that it does not clean well, across a range of items, including frying pans, saucepans, mugs and mixing bowls. This happens on all programs, and I would say one wash in 2 has an item that comes out still VERY dirty. The ergonomics aren't great with the touch panel needing to be a little more sensitive, cutlery basket seems to have sharp edges, and the variable hight flaps at the sides of the upper basket, are a great idea, just flimsy and not well executed. The headroom in the lower basket is poor if the upper basket is on it's low setting. The detergent dispenser seems fragile .

I wish I knew how it works. After one week extra wait because was apparently out of stock when I bought it (nobody notified me not to wait for it I had to call to check because tracking showed that there are some issues) it arrived with control panel not working, I’ve already put salt and rinse aid in it just to find out I can’t even set up the water hardness. Engineer came confirmed its faulty and needs to be exchanged or fixed (with about 2 weeks waiting for the parts), so had to wait another day before I could sort it out with ao to let the engineer’s report go through. Of course out of stock.. Refund and collection requested.

Waited 2 months after paying for it as it was out of stock when it said in stock on website, Delivered as manhattan grey not graphite, slightly different shade than my beko graphite washing machine dryer combi, 40c and select touch buttons don't work or beep and water hardness switch inside is chewed to bits, small dent on door as well... was offered 5% off to keep appliance because of dent, £20 refund this was before I knew, wife unhappy about the colour and saying its a scrap machine... Will be getting a replacement in GRAPHITE, no repairman as sold as new. Disappointed and pd off.

Brought in May 2022. Stopped working in August only after 2 months . Still waiting for it to be repaired by Beko and AO Keep being promised it will be repaired but no sign of the part with BEKO. Its now Oct Warning as its so new there do not seem to be any spare parts. So they put that it can be repaired but they dont have the parts. Tried speaking to AO for a replacement but after 35 and 45 mins of holding to speak to someone on 2 occasions they cut me off. So broken expensive dishwasher only worked for 2 months No sign of when it will be repaired. No help from AO. No sign of replacement or my money back. Be careful if you buy

Needs salt adding weekly to ensure a decent clean. Emits a high pitched sound on every cleaning cycle. Would not recommend.
