Brought in May 2022. Stopped working in August only after 2 months . Still waiting for it to be repaired by Beko and AO Keep being promised it will be repaired but no sign of the part with BEKO. Its now Oct Warning as its so new there do not seem to be any spare parts. So they put that it can be repaired but they dont have the parts. Tried speaking to AO for a replacement but after 35 and 45 mins of holding to speak to someone on 2 occasions they cut me off. So broken expensive dishwasher only worked for 2 months No sign of when it will be repaired. No help from AO. No sign of replacement or my money back. Be careful if you buy

We were in need of a new dishwasher, suitable for a family of 4. Looking around, this Beko one appeared to have great reviews + the place settings size we needed. Installing was a breeze, the instructions were fairly straightforward and the first clean came out great. So far so good, but there is a slight issue which I'll bring up in the pro's & cons... Pro's: - Cleans really well - Very quiet - Plenty of cleaning functions - Love the cutlery tray at the top - Love that a lot of the parts that allow plates and such to stand, are actually collapsible - this allows for easier placement of freestanding items - Love that the top tray height is easily adjustable, but that also comes into affect in the cons... Cons: We use the top tray for glasses and the bottom tray for plates. Our dinner plates are fairly standard in size, however to have them fit, the top tray needs to be raised up to it's fullest. With it in this position, our glasses do not fit as the they get caught on the cutlery tray above. With them placed in the bottom tray, they run the risk of falling over during cleaning. So although this is a large dishwasher, we have to occasionally play some Jenga when loading the dishwasher which is shame considering how good at cleaning it is. I can still recommend this dishwasher, but thought it best to let people know about this slight issue.

Nice looking machine but a little difficult to understand the full range of options. It is very quiet and works very well. If you use tablets as most people do it can almost double the wash cycle time. As a note of caution do NOT be tempted to push on the door to place the machine. It will dent!

The dishwasher developed a fault after 1 week and Beko have been very poor in resolving the problem. AO have been helpful but Beko’s support has been poor.

The machine is very well put together, it certainly looks more then the price would suggest. The shelving, runners and internal fixtures are well constructed. The machine door auto releases at the end of the wash cycle and there is an internal fan to aid with the drying. After a bit of trial and error the 3 shelving system works better than expected 'It's worth practicing crockery placement while adjusting the middle shelf height'.

This is a good dishwasher. Plenty of space inside and the adjustable shelves are very useful and easy to do. Love the pop open function when it is finished and items are much drier than previous dishwashers have left them. Easy to set up on the whole, although to change the internal water softener level is a little fiddly. Overall very pleased.
