Yet again the AO team came up trumps. Seamless process from purchase to delivery and installation. No Mess, No Fuss, and everyone very happy with the oven & hob. They were bought for the elderly parents and we (they) needed a simple oven with easy to use controls - no need for all the (too) many functions that other ovens have, all they need is light, grill and fan oven with simple and easy to see/read temp control. Baumatic was an easy choice - well made, and trustworthy reputation. Well Done!

Hob is excellent quality, flush touch controls so easy to keep clean. Residual heat indicator is a great safety feature. Took only a few minutes to install as the unit was prewired. Oven is also excellent quality, internal enamel finish means it is very easy to keep clean. Good size oven for a family of four with simple and easy to use controls and again was easy to install as it was also prewired. Excellent hob and oven package

Oven works well, it's very quiet and easy to use. Only issue is I've sometimes heard the fan rattle slightly but it stops after a few seconds and doesn't happen again while it's running.

The instructions for the oven are very confusing due to the booklet being for two models and concentrating more on the digital one. It’s been trial and error getting used to the controls as you seem to have to turn the timer on to operate the fan also the temperature seems to control the fan and needs to be set at a higher temperature. I had a few minor mishaps at first. The grill pan scratches the oven side as it’s a tight fit and only one shelf supplied.

Great product especially for the price. Easy to use - both oven and hob. Does the job! The only downside is that the oven turns off once the timer has pinged, which is fine as long you remember this.
