On my second machine, as the first one had a leak. I am not recognising any of the comments made by the other reviewers. The machine is not quick. If it is even more than half load it adds about 2 hours on to the wash time of that displayed at start of wash programme. Average wash time is about 3 and half hours. Spin is anything but quiet. Feels like it's going to take off. Even bounces the laptop on the dining room table, which is in another room and that's only on a 1200rpm spin. And top it all of, I opened the door to the machine this morning and the front of the door fell off. Would certainly not recommend this machine and if I could send it back for a different one, I certainly would. I would have given this zero stars, if it let me.

Decent machine but the self adjustments on timings are annoying! And arrived without 2 of the bottom plates for the washer.

A great machine! Very quiet when it is on which is fantastic! The Bluetooth option is good although the range on this is short so you almost have to be close enough to manually start the machine when using the it which seems a bit pointlessand frustrating. Overall, looks great, the light inside is a good perk too and it also has a wide range of wash cycles to use that my previous machine didn't have.

Decent build quality and fairly quiet when running

Original product did not work. After a few days an engineer came out and told me that the circuit board needed replacing. Contacted AO to get a replacement machine as I didn't want to wait for the part. There was a slight delay due to the engineer not filing his report but AO were great and kept me updated. Eventually got the new machine which works perfectly. Love the light in the drum and the quick cycles.

Lovely product as ever. We have been buying Beko for years. The appliances last about 7 to 10 years with hard use.

Quiet, easy to use, gets clothes clean. Very happy and would recommend!
