Great product!

So far so good. Very quite washing machine. An array of functions to. I live in rural NW Scotland and I was pleasantly surprised that when I ordered the machine on a Sunday morning it arrived the next day at 5pm. So well done AO.com.

Greak looking washing machine. Very easy to use and the programs I've used so far have been good. Amazingly quiet (apart from the 1400 spin) Really like that you can change the temperature and spin speed on all the programs to suit. Not quite sure how the eco mode can be on for over 2 hours and be economic, but maybe it's just economic on water?! Not used the bluetooth connection yet. Would be better if the drawer came out a bit further as can be fiddly pouring powder in there without spilling it everywhere- but I will use a funnel or something next time. Love the fact I can wash a duvet - In your face Trevor & Simon.

Great washer,I had been looking for a washer that didn't take hours to complete a cycle that could wash at different temperatures on a quick wash. I am really impressed with this washer 30 mins for a quick wash and the programs available, I've not tried them all out yet but what I have I really like ??

Original product did not work. After a few days an engineer came out and told me that the circuit board needed replacing. Contacted AO to get a replacement machine as I didn't want to wait for the part. There was a slight delay due to the engineer not filing his report but AO were great and kept me updated. Eventually got the new machine which works perfectly. Love the light in the drum and the quick cycles.

We were quite limited in our choices because of the height of our kitchen counter and Beko was the only brand we found that did 84 cm washing machines but very happy with the purchase so far. Smart looking machine and particularly like the hand wash program so far.
