Now we have mastered the operation, we are very pleased with it. Smart design and working well. The operating instructions are not very good and I had to phone Whirlpool for assistance, which was prompt and very helpful.

Replaces a 13year old AEG. This Whirlpool is one of the more discrete looking units on the market. Very well made. Capacious. Quiet. Intuitive controls work well.

Perfect replacement for our broken zanussi zkc44500xa. The whirlpool microwave is much easier to use. You can just push the start button multiple times to add 30 seconds for a quick start or use in combination with the dial to quickly increase it the multiple minutes. Easy to clean and very stylish. Hopefully it was last longer than 2 years unlike the zanussi microwave.

Excellent product. Good capacity, easy to navigate the settings. Good, clear display and found the touch screen to be fine. A little bit confusing at first to navigate the book in regard to the recommended settings for various food products but not too difficult to work out. Was a bit noisier that I'd expected based on my old combi-microwave but not too intrusive. It's replaced a similar oven originally bought around 14 years back.
