Our combination oven/microwave broke down just a the wrong time during Covid 19 crisis & limited stores open / deliveries. We searched internet for similar replacement via a few comparison websites. AO continued to come up with best price after several searches. Ordered via website which was easy to navigate & gave us all the info we needed. Quick delivery slot available & ordering was easy. On day of delivery, we were e-mailed with delivery status & oven was delivered on time. Driver also carried heavy oven into house for us & placed on counter top. Great service & very happy with new Oven/microwave.

Cooks chips and pizza very well better than conventional oven. Could do with a better internal light.

Love this microwave combi. Comes with a crisp plate which is great. Microwaved food can be wet but this crisps it like it’s been in the oven. Easyish to use although you have to refer to handbook until you get used to different settings!! Lots of options to choose from. The grill is good. Looks good in the kitchen. Very pleased so far. Would definitely recommend.

We bought this to replace an old Whirlpool Combi. First thing you notice is how much heavier this new model is. The internal capacity is much bigger than our old model. The controls are reasonably straightforward and will become more familiar with usage. The different power settings are really good. It comes well equipped with turntable, cooking trays and grill rack. Overall we are really pleased.

Once I got used to the knobs I have found it very easy to use. The instructions that come with the product are fairly easy to follow, and I remembered to register it for the warranty.

Great combi oven, we went from having a free standing oven with grill and separate microwave, to a single built in oven and this, so we can oven cook and grill at same time still, and still have a microwave without losing worksurface. It can also be used to rapidly cook things by combining its cooking systems, Jacket potatoes came out great.

Pleased with product. Looks stylish and eventually fitted into space left by old microwave BUT only after my providing some metal bars under the base to raise the appliance.- despite studying the drawings before purchase it appears I hadn't made full allowance for the metal plate that had to be fitted beneath the door. As our kitchen has a drawer unit fitted beneath the space for this oven and a cupboard above it was necessary to raise the cupboard base and door some 5 mm which has thrown out the door alignment - fortunately I can live with that. These 'tweaks' were an hour or two of work and it was fortunate I had metal pieces and tools to accomplish. So be warned to closely check measurements beforehand bearing in mind the door drops down some 5mm or so beneath the casing. The instructions were soon mastered at the simpler levels which we use mostly. Could do with a more audible alarm when cooking has finished. I like the large capacity although I'm no fan of touch screens and prefer mechanical devices I feel the 10 year parts and 2 year labour guarantee will give some comfort if there's trouble..... we shall see
