Great looking machine that produces perfect espresso. I love the fact that I can crank the strength and intensity of the coffee up to buzz-inducing levels. Haven't tried any of the milky options (I don't like to spoil a good coffee) - will have to wait until we are allowed to socialise with cappuccino- or macchiato-loving friends. Have had 2 Jura machines in the past and this knocks the socks off most of them.

A little tricky to operate (read the handbook!!) would be great if you could make a slightly larger cappuccino but the milk maxes out. Bluetooth function works well and cleaning is quick super simple.

Love it... Read lots of reviews & took a lot of time working out whether or not to invest this much money into a coffee machine. All I can say is - it’s like having a Barista make the coffee you’re craving, without having to head to an independent coffee house to get it! If you’re into your coffee and contemplating getting this machine... Just do it; you won’t ge disappointed!

Bought this for my husband’s birthday who loves coffee. 2 compartments for different coffee beans and makes a great coffee. Looking forward to testing out the many more functions that the machine offers.

Can you make better coffee than the Barista TS Smart by hand? Perhaps, if you're a very good barista. For the rest of us with neither the skill nor the time to faff about with grinding beans and getting the brew just right, this machine will knock out basically any kind of coffee you like that's so good that you'll be disappointed by a lot of cafes. It's also largely idiot-proof, it'll remind and guide you through any cleaning and maintenance that it needs. The phone app for its Bluetooth connectivity is also surprisingly decent, and I've not encountered any bugs or glitches while using it. For guests, it's easy to just hand them the phone so they can spec their coffee to their taste. Just bear in mind that this a large machine and it's surprisingly deep. This was fine for my large kitchen, but if yours is smaller do take the time to measure and make sure you've got the space for this absolute unit. Otherwise, I have no qualms about recommending this even against more expensive competitors.

Very impressed by this coffee machine - the quality of coffee (both milky and espresso only) is amazing, it is also easy to use and has a lot of options to ensure your drinks tailored to your taste. Definitely worth its price. There are however some drawbacks: if you like your coffee stronger then be prepared that Melitta will go through your coffee beans supply very quickly :) The final snag is that mobile/Bluetooth application is not really reliable. However we are working around this by using the application only to configure the drinks and then exclusively use the coffee machine. Overall highly recommended!
