Only buy this if you want to spend an hour on the internet finding out how to use it, because the diagrammatic instructions are unintelligible. It might be working well, but I have no idea if I'm using it correctly.

It's ok, nothing outstanding, does the job I guess.

Found the instructions difficult to understand so had to research online to ensure I was using it properly. I also asked a couple of others in household if they understood the picture instructions and they also found them misleading. The product itself is light weight and cleans well! Think it is overpriced and wouldn’t be to quick to recommend

Quite heavy but does a good job to sterilise, doesn’t really do much on very dirty floors, needed to go out and buy a regular mop and bucket. But this is good for cleaning the tiles in the shower.

I have a lot of tiles in my home so brought this to mainly clean them but liked all of the other features that you could do. This does a good job at cleaning the tiles and doesn’t take too long to dry. My only complaint is that there are no instructions written in English, only pictures so I’m having to guess at what I’m doing quite a bit.

Steamer is very heavy but works perfectly as long as you leave it long enough to heat up

Really versatile machine, gets rid of really engrained dirt. Really recommend. Despite some reviewers saying the pictures only assembly instructions were difficult to understand, I had no problems putting it together
