Such an easy and simple way to clean the home. It left my sink, bath and floors looking brand new!

Really pleased with the product. Cleaned our sofa and floors really well. Only minor issue were the instructions, as they didn’t specify which each of the little heads were for, so with a bit of guess work we worked it out but the rest is pretty much self explanatory and a very good product overall

Steamer is very heavy but works perfectly as long as you leave it long enough to heat up

I have a lot of tiles in my home so brought this to mainly clean them but liked all of the other features that you could do. This does a good job at cleaning the tiles and doesn’t take too long to dry. My only complaint is that there are no instructions written in English, only pictures so I’m having to guess at what I’m doing quite a bit.

Found the instructions difficult to understand so had to research online to ensure I was using it properly. I also asked a couple of others in household if they understood the picture instructions and they also found them misleading. The product itself is light weight and cleans well! Think it is overpriced and wouldn’t be to quick to recommend

Only buy this if you want to spend an hour on the internet finding out how to use it, because the diagrammatic instructions are unintelligible. It might be working well, but I have no idea if I'm using it correctly.
